Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 9am to
5pm.
Bonded and insured: We prioritize your peace of mind and your dog's safety by
being fully bonded and insured. Your trust and the safety of your dog are what matter
most to us.
Daycare and Boarding bookings: It is important to book daycare and boarding in
advance, as we cannot guarantee availability due to limited space.
Canceling a booking: To cancel a daycare reservation, a notice of at least 72 hours
is required; otherwise, a fee of $25 will be charged. For boarding stays lasting three
nights or more, cancellations must be made with a minimum notice of one week, or a
fee amounting to 20% of the total cost will be applied.
After hours fee: Early drop-offs and late pick-ups outside the hours of Monday to
Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM, and on weekends and holidays outside of 9 AM to 5 PM,
will be subject to a fee of $1 per minute, with a maximum charge of $65 (boarding
fee) within reasonable hours.
Boarding: It's important to arrive on time for both drop-off and pick-up, as your
24-hour period begins at the scheduled time. If you anticipate being late, please
inform us; however, please note that late arrivals will not alter your original booking
time.
Drop off and pick up times: We know timing is crucial for your drop-off and pick-up.
If you give us a specific time, we'll be ready at the door. However, if we wait more
than three minutes, we may need to step away, and you might not find anyone
available. To ensure a smooth experience, please keep us updated on your
estimated arrival time.
Disrupting the tranquility of dogs: We kindly ask that you avoid banging on the
door, as it can upset our dogs, especially those sensitive to noise and those resting
on varied schedules. Your consideration also helps maintain a peaceful environment
for our neighbors.
Respecting our neighbours: It's important to be considerate of our neighbors, so
please ensure that your dog does not relieve itself on their property or belongings.
Safety and security: To ensure the safety and well-being of the dogs in our care,
our doors will always be locked to prevent any unexpected visitors or disturbances.
Therefore, clear communication and timeliness are essential to facilitate smooth
drop-off and pick-up of your pet.
